7. Pricing, Billing & Payments

  • Pricing may be flat-rate, subscription-based, or project-based

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise

  • Invoices must be paid in accordance with agreed payment terms

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.


8. Third-Party Products & Services

10. Australian Consumer Law

Where services are supplied to businesses, statutory guarantees may be limited to the extent permitted by law.


11. Intellectual Property

This clause does not limit non-excludable rights under ACL.


14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vanguardian against claims arising from:

  • Misuse of services

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Unauthorised access or instructions provided by you or your staff


15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services where:

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • There is misuse of services

  • There is a material breach of agreement

Termination rights under formal service agreements remain unaffected.


16. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.


17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction.
